Wednesday: Another eight card today and flashing into the suit of Wands [Closing the knight sandwich]. My attention is brought to the closeness of eight and knight and on investigation find that they are 4 and 6 respectively in numerology terms. Number 4 traits include: Attention to detail, dependable, disciplined, loyal, strong and systematic. While the number 6 traits include: Compassion, great for advice, helpful, kind, nurturing and supportive. The fours were wrapped around the six i.e. the eights wrapped around the knight. Can we find some of these traits today to assist us? This card is sometimes known as Lord of Swiftness so we may find news or information coming to us quickly today. Card of taking action to bring about positive change. Of embracing change, being open to the flow of life and opening up to new opportunities, things coming in ‘out of the blue.’ Card of alignment and something better ahead. Linked to planet Mercury in the zodiac sign of Sagittarius. Mercury brings us communication and perception, of thinking and rationalising. Sagittarius gives us the want to explore life, be adventurous, open minded, philosophical. Also freedom-loving and purposeful. Mercury has recently moved into Taurus where Uranus has been slowly transiting; it takes approximately seven years to transit each sign. Today we are encouraged to pick the path where there is more excitement and adventure for us.
