Shadowscapes Tarot Cards – Pui-Mun Law & Moore

Saturday: Linked to tradition and being guided, today we are visited by God’s representative on Earth. Depicted as the Pope in the Ryder Waite cards, here we have a more humble representation within the artwork. Card of order and rules with a link to the zodiac sign of Taurus. Card of healing introspection, of shining a light from within and finding answers there. Being number five of the major arcana then again we embrace the energy of change or maybe expect it with this card. Tomorrow’s card is also a five and so we end a week that has guided us with endings and beginnings, new starts and dreams to be made. Today’s date brings us the energy of 10 again. Card of shinning the light and looking within to find a way back to our true selves. What have we learned through the teachings of this week? Are we able to find that spark of our being that is unadulterated with material possessions and learned behaviours that others believe we should take on in this life; especially if they can make money out of us! I am not saying that all commerce is wrong but we should be able to value all peoples gift of their time through any skill or creativeness. Who is given the right to value one more than the other? It is only natural that people will adapt to some things more than others, not everyone wants to be a Joiner, a Mechanic or a Heart Surgeon. Card of spiritual and moral development, of a search for meaning. Where do we find ourselves with that question today?
